Internet Engineering Graduate Specialty is a track (or option) in Computer Engineering or Computer Science Master program. Prerequisites for the track are the same as for master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Non-thesis option requires a minimum of 33 credits as follows:

  1. Same requirements as specified in degree requirements for non-thesis option for master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

  2. At least four elective courses (12 credits) selected from the group of Internet-based courses that include (a) Internet software and programming, (b) Internet networking, and (c) Internet technologies, as specified by academic advisor.

Thesis option requires a minimum of 30 credits as follows:

  1. Same requirements as specified in degree requirements for thesis option for master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

  2. At least three elective courses (9 credits) selected from the group of Internet-based courses that include (a) Internet software and programming, (b) Internet networking, and (c) Internet technologies, as specified by academic advisor.

  3. A minimum of six credits of thesis work in the field of Internet Engineering.
