Travel Awards
The IEEE Computer Society and the National Science Foundation aim to encourage participation of graduate students at the MASS 2006 conference and affiliated workshops by supporting travel costs for individuals who otherwise would not be able to attend.
No applications for the travel award can be accepted at this time.
Travel Award Reimbursement Process
Please keep all the receipts for the expenses you plan to submit for reimbursement, the conference registration receipt, plus all airplane boarding passes.
After the conference, but no later then October 26 2006, please mail the
following items in one envelope:
- original airplane boarding passes with your name (proof of travel);
- conference registration receipt: original if reimbursed, copy otherwise;
- original receipts for all expenses you plan to reimburse (e.g. airline tickets, hotel bill) . The receipts must clearly show expense amount, currency name (e.g. USD or CAD), the date of purchase, and your name (where applicable);
