Product Report
Each of the following video communication related products is randomly assigned
to two people. Write a summary/report of the product (up to 2 pages) based
on the information available on the web sites and other resources (e.g., phone
call to a sales rep or other published reports). Assume that your audience
is technically competent people with background in video communications. Focus
on the main functionality and technology behind the products. Don't put anything
in the report that you do not understand. If you use any information form
other sources such as news reports, list the source/URL in the references
section. Your report should give the reader a fairly good idea of what the
product does, technologies involved, potential bottlenecks, desirable features,
alternative technologies that can improve the product etc.
Your report is due by: 4/5/05.
Upload your report to the Digital Dropbox on Blackboard (Word or PDF, preferably
PDF). Use the following naming convention:
