Assignments, Exams and Grading

There will be two exams, a midterm on October 3 and the final on December 12. The midterm will be the first hour of the session. The final exam will be cumulative and will last about 2 and a half hours. In computing the final grade, homework and programs will count 30%, the midterm exam 30% and the final 40%.
