Hi! This is Hill! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
My research interests include: Data
mining, machine learning, data quality, multimedia computing, multimedia systems, and information retrieval.
Before I joined FAU, I was a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, University of Vermont. My host advisor then was Dr. Xindong Wu. Before that, I spent one year and
eight months in the
Department of Computer Science, Purdue
University where I worked as a post-doctoral associate in Indiana
Center for Database Systems for Dr. Ahmed K. Elmagarmid.
I received my Ph.D
degree in Computer Science from Fudan
University,
